He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electronics and Telecommunication) from University College of Engineering, Burla, Sambalpur University and a master’s degree in business administration from Jadavpur University. He has been associated with the CIEL group since 2015. He has over 25 years of experience in the HR industry. He has previously worked with Larsen & Toubro and CIEL Skills India. He is a member of the CII HR Forum and was an executive board member of the Indian Staffing Industry from April 1, 2014 to June 17, 2015. He is a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt and a Certified Assessor on Business Excellence on the EFQM model.
