He holds a postgraduate diploma in personnel management and industrial relations from Xavier Labour Relations Institute, Jamshedpur. He was the managing director for Telstra India and led Telstra’s Global Business Services’ Innovation function. His professional experience ranges across functions (operations, P&L, technology/digital, analytics, supply-chain & sourcing) in different business models, and a significant portion in global banking and financial services. He acted as senior Vice President during the period of 2000-2004 at Polaris Software Limited, and between 2011 and 2017, he was the managing director and global ODC (service delivery & strategic partnerships) head for UBS AG. He was the chief executive officer of Dun & Bradstreet TransUnion between 2007-2010. He has prior experience in the area of technology management with Citigroup/Citibank and PepsiCo. As special representative of IT and innovation and director general designate in 2017-18, he advised the FinTech Valley initiative of the Andhra Pradesh State Government through the creation of an ecosystem that integrated public-private partnerships, new education models, innovative industry use cases and regulatory influencing.er handling portfolios of school education, youth & sports, culture & Tamil development.
